After experiencing a period of internship together, our group of five women has decided to launch this blog to share our stories with the world. We first met each other in 2025 at the Vi\u1ec7n Sinh H\u1ecdc B\u1ea3o T\u1ed3n Smithsonian<\/a>, based in Virginia, USA. Very soon, our spirits started to click in with each other, and the bond went beyond lab work. As time goes by, people left the campus as their internships came to an end, but the circle has never been disconnected. We cannot stop talking and sharing about our lives and our work. Then we thought, perhaps we could write about it, for ourselves and for others. We came up with the idea of creating this blog with the following goals:<\/p>\n\n\n\n And, we go with a slogan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Every great scientist was once an intern!<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n It is true! Who does not start small before building something great? We are reminded of this from time to time as we grow together toward our shared passion. We dream big, and we celebrate every small achievement along the way. This slogan also encourages us to show empathy to others who are getting started in their early journeys. We hope that you find our sharing relatable enough to know that you are not alone. The early stages of any career are rarely easy.
